Ordering

Once we receive your order, we will do our best to pack it up immediately and contact you (via e-mail or telephone) with the total amount due, including shipping, and you may remit payment to us in the form of credit card or PayPal e-mail payment.

PayPal via e-mail is safe and easy to use. You simply reply by clicking on a link to your PayPal invoice, enter your credit card information, and payment is complete.

If you do not have a computer, you may pay via credit card; please provide us with your telephone number so we may contact you with your total due. Once your order is received and packed, we will contact you by telephone to obtain your credit card information and inform you of the total amount due. We will then process payment and notify you when payment is completed. Please do not e-mail or fax your credit card information to us.

When we receive your funds, your order will be shipped out as soon as possible. See Shipping paragraph below.

NOTE: We will hold your order for ten days after we receive it. If your payment is not received within ten days from the date you placed the order, we will cancel your order. We do not have enough space in our warehouse to hold onto orders for longer than ten days.

Shipping
We do our best to calculate the shipping costs accurately based upon information provided to us by you and the shippers, however, with the exception noted below, we will not refund a difference of $3.00 or less. Please note exception. We generally use priority mail for small packages. For larger packages, we find that Fedex Ground Shipping is sometimes less expensive than priority mail.

Exception
If an order is changed after it has originally been placed and packed, a handling charge of $3.00 will be assessed and the shipping adjusted to the new, accurate total. This is the only handling charge we assess and it is due to extra work and paperwork; it is not meant to penalize you. We appreciate your business and we aim to please.

Damage Claims
The contents of your package are always carefully packed to ensure safe delivery of your order. Please inspect all packages at time of acceptance. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Any damages and/or losses must be handled directly with the carrier. It is imperative in such instances that you save all packaging material, contents and the box that contained the order, no exceptions!

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds, and we do not accept returns. We cannot resell a product once it has left our facility. Please take extra care when placing your order to ensure that your order is correct. We do not accept returns for items ordered by mistake.

Service Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
